Looking to Grow in Flex

So I often post on here that Im not competitive and dont care for ranked but Ive decided that it might be nice to work towards something before the new season begins.

I play -Teemo -Jhin -Jinx -Lux -Vel Koz -Kennen -Brand -Annie -Vi, Xin and sometimes Wu

Right now, my goal is to get to Silver and maybe go on from there. I often try to look for folks with good communication and like to have fun.
