looking for a partner

I am phish098. I was bronze 3 last season and am looking to change up my playstyle. I used to enjoy support and jungle, I still do in fact, however those aren't great roles for solo queue. I am not so much looking for a duo partner, but i would like to main Annie. Support, mid top, where ever. I am still learning her right now and am looking for not only tips and tricks, but anyone who would like to play with em while I learn. Thank you for reading and let me know where to look.
