It'll be tough to get someone who's got the time and willing to carry you through Bronze just because they're a nice guy. Remember everyone's trying to raise their own elo. With that said, my advice to you is to pick a role (mid/top/adc/jungle, don't support) that you will specialize in and only try to play. For me it's mid, and I usually beat my lane because I've only ever tried to play that lane and have practiced a ton and now I'm up to gold 2. So pick your role, then pick your favorite champion for that role (doesn't have to be the meta), for me it's Anivia mid, because well she's op in my mind (but I originally learned mid with Swain). Once you've determined your role and favorite champ, look up youtube videos of high tier players playing your champ and study them. For me, Scarra taught me a ton when I was first learning mid, because he explained all of his decision making while in game. After that, practice, practice, practice that champ until you know them inside and out. Once you've ~mastered a champ, and have been winning you lane consistently, you're ready to raise your elo. But you're in elo hell, even if you get good, you can always just get a bad team and lose games even if you win your lane. To overcome this, you'll want to find a duo queue friend to play with and raise your skills with. For me it was my brother who specialized in playing jungle champs. So we would play together and we would coordinate ganks to help me snowball my lane and carry the the team to victory. We've both made it to gold 2 and we both think we can make it to Platinum very soon. So if this is your goal, you'll have to put in the time, and find some friends that will grow with you and keep you motivated along the way.
Good luck!
