Diamond player lf ranked 5s team

As the title says, im looking for a semi serious ranked 5s team to hopefully push master or higher this season.

I main jungle but can also play mid proficiently.

I play majority of junglers and mids, also have skype.

I'm also interested in RP tournaments.
