Looking for Plat+ Mid Laner for serious Ranked 5's Team

My friend and I are looking for a mechanically skilled and mature Plat+ mid laner for our serious ranked 5's team. Currently I'm a diamond jungler, and Profoundsoup is our support. He is plat but has good mechanics and is our shotcaller. We are currently trying out Diamond 5+ top laners and ADC's. Once we get our full roster, we will try to practice every day at a time convenient for everyone, and preferably for a few hours. We would like to start practice at around 9 P.M. est, but that can be changed a bit depending on each player's timezone. If you want to play Mid, please fill out the application below. IGN: Xin Zhao Main Age: 19 Current rank+Last season's rank: Platinum Top 5 Champions: I can play just about anyone. Xerath, viktor, velkoz, cho, Aatrox, Kayle. Best champion: Xin Zhao. Mid is all about even Weaknesses: Cocky at times Strengths: Callouts and communication Preferred playstyle: Aggressive Previous ranked 5's experience (none required): Team full of D3 plus What communication programs do you have? (skype, team speak, etc): Any additional comments: I am a fan of the poke mages, but can learn/do whatever you want. I am also a solid jungler.

IGN: SorenSlayer Age: 17 Current rank+Last season's rank: Last season I was Gold V this season I am currently Plat IV. Top 5 Champions: Vlad, Oriana, Ahri, Zed, Varus/Yasuo. Best champion: I have had the most success on Vlad. Weaknesses: Early game warding is weak but has greatly improved recently. Strengths: I have a strong laning phase, I am a solid teamfighter, I am a consistent player, I have a very strong understanding of the game/current meta, and I am able to shot call and lead when I am needed. Preferred play style: I prefer a more aggressive/assassin type play style due to the fact I love highly mechanically intensive champions that are able to dominate the opponent but as time has gone by I have transitioned well with the more passive controlled mage and poke meta. Previous ranked 5's experience (none required): Over the past year I have been on about 5 different teams with all of them being unsuccessful in reaching their goals which is a tragedy each time but from each failure I have learned and grown stronger as a player. What communication programs do you have? (skype, team speak, etc): I have skype, teamspeak, raidcall, and curse voice. Any additional comments: I am looking for a solidified team that is dedicated to putting in the effort to improve as a whole and is able to truly reach their goals and not just fall apart and I hope that maybe this could finally be the team that is able to do it.
