Looking for Diamond+ Top, Mid, and ADC for a ranked 5's team

My friend and I are looking for mechanically skilled and mature Diamond+ players for our serious ranked 5's team. Currently I'm the jungler, and Profoundsoup is our support. He is plat but has good mechanics and is our shotcaller. Once we get our full roster, we will try to practice every day at a time convenient for everyone, and preferably for a few hours. We would like to start practice at around 7 P.M. est, but that can be changed a bit depending on each player's timezone. If you want to play Mid/top/AD, please fill out the application below.
