Looking For A Serious Ranked 3's Team

OK, I'm starting up a Ranked 3v3 team. I would first like to start off with saying that I don't put too much thought into your SoloQ rating. This is Ranked 3v3's, and should be treated as such. Also I don't see why people are so curious as to what your rating was last season. I'm not looking for plat and diamond SoloQ beasts for a Ranked 3v3 team.All that matters to me is that you are at least ranked silver in SoloQ, Ranked 5v5's, or Ranked 3v3's. This will show me that you have some game knowledge and an ability to improve then that of someone bronze. As far as availability goes, the games will most likely occur anywhere between the hours of 4pm and 10pm EST. on the weekdays, and anytime during the weekends. Issues with availability can be discussed later though. Lastly, I will not be on the team. The best way for me to explain my position would be a coach more or less. I'll be setting up dates for play, watching replays, reviewing comm's, and be a mediator for arguments.
