Looking to start a serious Ranked 5's Team

I'd like to start by letting you know that just because I'm getting people together doesn't make me the boss of the team. Quite frankly it's not a team if there is someone dictating and backseat gaming everyone's play. I just want to take the responsibility of managing the team.(ex. Setting the time from when we practice, or meetings.) I'd prefer that my teammates be Gold+, but I can see myself overlooking this preference. So just fill out this information and we can go from there.

CST consistently but work schedules changes so sometimes earlier way earlier than that. Are you open to constructive criticism?: My stance on constructive criticism is as long as it has a very clear point (a goal to accomplish) that is clearly beneficial to both parties then yes, constructive criticism is a great tool. Too many people use the "constructive criticism" to bring people down instead of bring them up. Pancakes or Waffles?: Tacos.
