Noxious Empire is looking for a serious Gold+ Top Laner!

NE is currently holding try outs for a Gold+ Top laner.

*IMPORTANT: We are also looking into your season 4 rank. If you were Gold in season 4, but placed in silver this season, please fill out the application anyway! We will be happy to try out current silver players that were Gold last season.

NE is looking to become a serious 5v5 team that can grow together as a team and as players over time. We are holding try outs for the Top lane that can play some meta champs. We are not expecting you to know all of them (if you do then great!), but we are expecting your champion pool to increase while you play with us to fit some comps we have brought together. We are a little behind schedule, but we are expecting to find a person to fill the Top lane by the end of this week (3/15).

Try-outs will consist of looking for BASIC play that we value (warding/laning/communication/TP decisions). If you do not have all of these, we will NOT ask you to come back for a second try-out. We have learned a lot during our try-out process before and have restructured it for this week. You will have ONE chance to play a 5v5 ranked game within our try-out team that will be recorded. We then will go back, review it, and write down pros/cons of your play. If your play satisfies our basic play that is required, you will then be asked to come back for a second try-out (third, fourth, and so forth if needed). We will give every try-out one game and narrow the list down as we go. At the end of the try-out process we will choose a player that we believe will mix with us the best. Game play is great, but we value a person's attitude even more.

*REMINDER: This process will take a couple of days to fit everybody within our schedules. Some of us are on most of the time, but you have to understand we get busy with outside activities such as work/school. We understand you may be busy as well. We will get you in for a try out, but due to schedule conflict, it may not be immediately.

When we had a full team our following schedule for the week was:

*ALL TIMES ARE CST Monday - Practice 7/8 PM-11PM
Tuesday - Off Wednesday - Practice 7/8PM-11PM Thursday - Off Friday - Practice 7/8PM-11PM Saturday - 5v5 ranked (12-6 PM)/Tournament Sunday - 5v5 ranked (12-6 PM)/Tournament

*Off days are usually days where some of us solo/duo queue to practice some champions/increase our solo queue rank. However, you can still take the day off if it was a rough day of practice and there will be some of those days based off experience. Depending if every one wants to play/practice as 5, we will take a vote and practice together on those off days. We definitely want to get team synergy down as fast as possible.

*Tournaments: Once we find our Top laner, we will take a couple of weeks to practice as a team. If we are content with our play, we WILL be actively looking for tournaments every weekend to compete in. Our ultimate goal is to win and be at the top of those tournaments consistently.

At the end of the day, we realize we are Gold players and there WILL be mistakes. As long as we lower are mistakes per game and become more consistent, we WILL grow as a team. We expect you to take criticism well from us as well as criticize us on our play.

I, Admyre, have created this post, but Haziel (Mid laner) will look at the applications and add you in game for the try out.
