Tournament team looking for GOLD TOP, Jungle, and ADC

We are a team looking to improve and take ranked more seriously. Not only will we be doing ranked 5's and trying to improve as a team but we also are striving to become better players individually by playing a lot of solo and duo queues with teammates. We want to grow as a team and as players so that we can start looking at League Of Legends in a more serious light. We actively look for tournaments, to get stronger as players, and to get better as a team. You have to be able to take criticism.

We currently play in a tournament every sunday and Some Saturdays.

Edit: The biggest reason I'm not very good at solo que is the lack of a shot caller. I am probably good enough to be on a Plat 5 team mechanics and knowledge wise; but I make dumb mistakes that if i had someone commanding the team, i wouldn't be making.
