League Amateur Series

I have come to welcome all those who think they are ALCS material. Whilst we have no affiliation with LCS we are going to be taking you to the next level of organized gaming, With a Seasonal Amateur League Championship Series.

This will be a 10 week format that is much like the current proffessional LCS. However it will be aimed at much lower tiered players.

In order to qualify for the League Amateur Series(LAS) your combined team ELO cannot be higher than 9000.(inb4 over9000 jokes.) To check your score just type your summoner name into lolking and it will give you a rating. Do this for all 5 of your starters and if you are under 9k total then you qualify.

This series will provide an oppertunity for your team to get some experience in competitive play with teams around the same skill level.

Zero tolerance for smurfing. A more detailed rules list will be formed and distributed in the coming days.

Prizes: i will be contacting Riot to see what prizes would be eligable for a series of this format. They typically sponsor tournament events so this will be different.

There will be a promotion and relegation tournament after each split as well as slowly raising the ELO cap so that current teams will be able to progress without disqualifying.
