Calling all bronzies who don't belong in bronze

I'm making a group of bronze players who seem to be stuck in bronze because they are usually paired with bad players.If you constantly experience players who:

1. Can't take criticism well
2. Always complain about how almost every single champion they have a hard time with is their counter
3. People who get cocky because you're on their team and winning, but end up losing it for you
4. Don't group when it's time to group
5. Never play safe and push their lane, basically asking to get ganked by the enemy Jungler
6. Never ping
7. Never try to predict how the enemy team will play depending on the champions picked (ex. Evelynns counter jungle extremely early,so it's smart if the support sticks around for a bit )
8. Picks a team composition that has many weaknesses
