Looking for a captain for 3's ranked

I am the captain of a 5's ranked team. The way our team is set up is having one person for each role with no back-ups.

This leaves the team with 4 roster slots open. With that being said I'm looking to recruit someone to be a captain for the 3's division. I have a person or two who may be interested in playing on the 3's side, however you'd be free to recruit others instead if you wanted to. The idea here is to make total use of 8 of the 9 roster spots and leave one spot vacant for a substitution of need be.

If you have previous experience in ranked 3's, with a good attitude and a drive to learn and teach others then please do apply. There will be an interview process with the entire team and a private interview, but no tryout. The point of the interview is to assess your ability to lead and communicate with others.

IGN: SuperBailz Age: 18 Amount of experience in ranked 3's: I played 3's a lot in season 3 and 4 Level of enthusiasm about this position: I really enjoy ranked 3v3 and id love to play with other people who want to do it aswell, its a really fun game mode

It should also be noted that whoever becomes the captain of the 3's division will be responsible for setting up practice times for their squad and communicating this to them. I'm willing to help chart the available times for the 3's members and design team comps to help the new captain get started out. The teaching and the team direction for your players will be up to you however unless you need occasional advice.
