Looking to Make a Comp team for 5's

I am looking to make a ranked team to competitively make it to the top. i do not solo q. I Played competitively in college for a team and we did very well, but i want to make a team that can go farther. i am a support. i will not be giving out my main name until after try outs. I am not too concerned with solo q rank but i would like to ask for plat V or higher. please comment or add to the discussion with the following information.

IGN: Role: Rank: Timezone: Curse Voice: Top 5 Champs: Shot-calling(Y or N): Strengths: Weaknesses: Past 5s Experience: Why do you want to join:

i also would like to point out that you will not be considered if you do not meet the guide lines followed.

1. Players with a ranking of Platinum V or higher are eligible to apply.
2. Must be kind to all players
3. no toxic record.
4. try to help the team as much as possible to better individually and together.
5. Must be dedicated to the team.

If i see fit i will add you in game on my game account i have ready for the team.

Thank you for your participation, i look forward to adding some great players.
