Looking for players for a new team. Gold and up

I am gonna be the leader of the team add me on league looking for players that communicate well, all roles are open (but mid unless sub) and i need 1-2 subs for each role. I am going to be the shot caller of the team too so add me on league then skype and well see how we can work together and synergize. I am also looking for a side-captain to help scout players too who can also be on the team as a main role or a sub. I am gold 5 but highest i got was gold 1 and dropped, i synergize better in teams of 5 then solo/duo.
