Plat ADC smurfing in placements looking for support duo

I'm a former d5 ADC main whos "main" decayed to p4 after not playing for most of season 5. I decided to get back into the game by creating a smurf account and ranking up to 30.

I'm looking to hit diamond on this account ASAP, however I have very few runes so I don't want to solo it (that way i can play ADC just about every game)

I'm looking for a support main to duo with who is either g3+ with good kdas or someone who is also smurfing from plat+.

p2+ smurfs who don't main support are also welcome as I'm sure you can carry my butt if I'm playing a mid/top/jg/support with ADC runes :P
