ADC Smurf looking for Duo to reach High Plat/Diamond (Currently S2)

Just finished placement games which went terrible (My top laners legit averaged 1.6K-10.6D-4.4A in my losses) and I got placed in s2. I'm looking for a support main who can help me dominate lane and carry that to a victory or a solo laner/jungler who knows how to win their lane hard and snowball that lead.

Other smurfs are preferred.
