Silver Climbing to Gold Club LF Members - French Cross Gaming

We are an english speaking club.

A few of our main roster players have become lazy/toxic as of late, so we're trying to introduce 16 new members to the club to freshen things up. We use Curse (If you want to talk about how Discord is better, find a club that uses it.) and for team games, it is mandatory to both be on the call and have a microphone.

We are going to grow to two full time teams, and currently do not have a captain for the second team. Certain metrics will be monitored so that my officers and myself can make informed decisions on how to move forward with our second team roster.

We do require that you do not be bronze in any bracket at this point; we've run out of time to train people from that low of ELO. I'm not interested in I'm bronze but should be silver; i'm silver but I should be gold. Your rating is a direct reflection of your skill and attitude, and your word versus statistics is not a good way to prove that you'd be an asset to the club.

I expect our players to: Show up on time for scheduled practice Have their setup/network appropriately tested before game time Be communicative Follow calls during the game, and provide feedback on what you thought could have been done better POST game. (Having 2-3 people calling conflicting plays does not work.) Bare minimum 18+, 21+ is highly preferred. The majority of our club our mid 20's to early 30's and we're not interested in coddling infants.

We will be gathering a team to play in 2018 Gamescon in Salt Lake City. Only the best of our members will be considered as we will likely be facing collegiate teams, and you must be financially stable enough to be able to travel for a 3 day event.

If this sounds like your cup of tea and you'd like an honest shot to climb, we have talented players and consistently trend upwards. Add myself or Neoblueman. After making sure that you fit the rank requirements, we'll send an invite. We'll be downscaling to our top 20 members in one month's time based on stats.
