Mid Silver Team with Silver/Gold Solo Queue Members filling spots for push to gold +

Good afternoon!

French Cross Gaming (none of us speak French, relax) is currently recruiting a couple of well versed players for climbing. We do have enough members, but with the majority of us being mid 20's-early 30's, work does come before the game and we need to make sure we have people to account for when people can't just play.

About us:

I'm a gold jungler (previous account is 2x gold and 1x plat, this new account is gold at the moment in solo and s3 in flex.) I shot call for the team and expect calls to be followed. Mistakes can be pointed out post game so that we don't have conflicting calls occurring mid game. The majority of our members have gone up a couple of divisions since joining, but we haven't been as active of late. We have a few dedicated players who consistently carry when they can play.

What we're searching for:

Up to 3 players that are well versed with at least 3 roles. You are least likely to play - Jungle, Mid, Marksman. Support and Top are definitely our most needed roles at this time. We have 2 members who fill that role, but they also work the most out of any of us.

Curse Required, Microphone Required. We have no interest in using discord.

Silver+ in both Flex and Solo Queue. We don't care about your 3v3 rating.

Good attitudes, 20+ years old.

How we work:

We do have main roster players. Those players are expected to show up 10 minutes early for scheduled times. If they are not on at that point, their spot is up for grabs. If a sub is more reliable than a main roster player after several scheduled play times, that player is eligible to take that main roster player's spot. We do not wait past scheduled start times. Generally, we play from 6:00PM MST onwards, typically for 3-4 games on weekdays. On weekends, times are more sporadic and we try not to play on Friday or Saturday nights as we do have social lives.

If this sounds like the kind of place you'd like to be, message me in game. Please pay attention to our requirements before hand to avoid an awkward conversation. My summoner is Nantenlol
