New support main (former D4 ADC) LF LONG TERM duo partner

Mechanically I've capped out at ADC, so now I'm looking to make a full time switch to support.

However, as I'm learning, it's much harder to climb solo as support than it is ADC!

Mostly I'm looking for someone in the high gold - mid plat range to duo with long term. My expectation is to be mid diamond again in a couple weeks and you should be someone that is willing to grind there and all the way through diamond together.

I'll play with ADC/Mid/Top mains but no junglers (sorry). I'm pretty picky about who I play with, so I'd like to play a few normals first to get a feel for your potential.
