New support main (former D4 ADC main) LF LONG TERM duo partner

Mechanically I've capped out at ADC, so now I'm looking to make a full time switch to support.

However, as I'm learning, it's much harder to climb solo as support than it is ADC!

Mostly I'm looking for someone in the high gold - mid plat range to duo with long term. My expectation is to be mid diamond again by July and you should be someone that is willing to grind there and all the way through diamond together.

I'll play with ADC/Mid/Top mains but no junglers (sorry). I'm pretty picky about who I play with, so I'd like to play a few normals first to get a feel for your potential -- I need to be comfortable that your mechanics are good enough to eventually be a master tier player.
