Team Looking for Coach/Analyst/Mentor

My team has recently been reformed (3 returning members 2 new) and we are looking for a coach to help us find and progress our identity as a team. We are not professionals so this is not a paid position and we are not looking for "Charity" or "free trials/consultations" either. We want our coach to want to be a part of the overall team as much as we do The requirements/expectations are as follows. 1: Must be able to handle and share authority with the team captain (FallenKnight) 2: Must be willing to commit to the majority of the team's practice schedule (currently 2 days per week, subject to changes) 3: Must be as open minded to our plans strategies and ideas as you expect us to be of yours. 4: There is no in game rank requirement, it would be nice if you played relatively often so you stay up to date 5: Must be able to do research and facilitate training on beginner-intermediate-advanced and specific things (or be able to find the resources to achieve these) 6: must be willing to do outside of practice administrative tasks.

Remember this is not a job interview so we will not offer any payment. We appreciate personality just as much as professionalism so having one but not the other is not as good as having a balance of both.
