Silver Ranked team looking to recruit for dedicated ranked 5s team. (Top Laner, Jungler and Support)

A teamate and I are looking to recruit Silver-Low gold players to join our ranked teams in which we will play normal games and work our way up to ranked 5's once we have synergy and cohesion. If all looks well, we look to participate and see where we go from there. As stated in the title, I prefer only dedicated players. As for the type of players, I will list them below for each role.

Top Laner-Should be able to play meta tanks like Tank Fizz and Tank Ekko as well as Maokai and flex to carry top laners such as Vlad and Fiora.

Jungler- Must be a roleplayer, meaning he must be willing to play to what the team needs.

Support- I prefer a support that is well rounded and a teamplayer as well as having a decent champion pool.

For any player to apply however, there are a set of guidelines that you must meet if you are dedicated. I will list them below.

Guidelines:

  1. Do not put yourself or anyone else above the entire team. (A wolf is only as strong as the pack and the pack is only as strong as the wolves that are in it.)
  2. Do not be cocky or conceited in your behavior or you will not be considered once we deem you so.
  3. Be willing to learn and grow as a team. This means learning to bounce back after a loss and reset your mentality.
  4. Be willing to practice with us and give time to get better as a team and bond.
  5. Absolutely, no coaches and no ranks higher than Gold IV(4).
  6. Constructive criticism ONLY. Keep your Ego in check, don't be bossy.
  7. Be able to use CURSE VOICE or DISCORD
  8. You must be mature. I don't want any kids that rage and squeek.

Yes Tell us why you are good at your role: I have mained it for a looooooong time, and climbed into gold playing jungle. What are your strengths and weaknesses? S: Shot-calling, team-fighting, early game pressure. W: Getting caught out, over-aggressive How do you compensate for your weaknesses? I take risks (baron steals, dragon steals, etc) and make plays Are you a team player? Yes, I am. I try not to take kills, but if I do, it's because my teammate could not get it.

I am a confident support and play well with most people. Do you meet the guidelines? (If not, we are not the team for you.) Tell us why you are good at your role: I play well with most people and have been playing most supports sense season 1 What are your strengths and weaknesses? I do sometimes get caught warding and over-extending but with good shot calling that can be corrected How do you compensate for your weaknesses? I stay calm and don't get over excited. If you want a guy thatll win do what he can for the team, Im your guy Do you meet the guidelines? (If not, we are not the team for you.) Yes Tell us why you are good at your role: As a support, i find it easy to apply pressure with constant poking(kind of a no fear attitude) while simultaneously showing restraint and when to pick a fight. Im a top laner that does well in lane and can easily apply pressure and back off if necessary. I can ftalk further on his if you wish via curse.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Strengths: communication, working to secure an objective, Shen Ulting. Weaknesses: I sometimes get caught out when farming but not so much so it causes feeding. I could do better with ward placements. I can sometimes be too ballsy.I need to work more on landing my NAmi bubbles How do you compensate for your weaknesses? Learning how and when to kill a lane so im not so far pushed, buying wards when i can and making sure not to commit to deep unless i know of jung presece. Are you a team player? yes

Why should we pick you over over players? Maybe play experience, theory crafting reasons or possible shot calling. Do you meet the guidelines? (If not, we are not the team for you.) Personally think I do myself, rest is your opinion. Tell us why you are good at your role. Jungle is like playing chess. Knowing how to ward grants you enough vision on what could happen in the next 1-2 minutes. This lets me know if I could go for objectives, counter jungle or gank/counter gank. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Consistency. Sometimes I don't ward fast enough and gain map/vision control due to various reasons, such as teammate pinging 40times for help top lane when dragon is a threat. Life as jungler is harsh. How do you compensate for your weaknesses? Constantly trying to find better setups and rotations on camps to make things more efficient. Keeping jg timer of enemy team to guesstimate where the enemy jungler will be around the red/blue buff spawn time base on where enemy started first. This helps myself countergank or grab objectives with higher rate of success. Are you a team player? Depends on if the team can make it happen with me. Can't be a team player all by myself. Some teammates are great with responding to jungle pings, some not so much.
