Friendly support main LF ADC to climb in gold

Me: Support main, peaked at Gold 3 this season, currently stuck in Silver 1. I play mostly Nami (when I really want to win lane) and Bard (when I want to carry a game by making picks), but I own all supports and can adapt if needed. My laning style is pretty aggressive, I'm always looking to harass the enemy laners to get advantages, which (hopefully) eventually translate to a winning lane and winning game. I try to encourage my team in chat and stay positive- a lot of "gj", affirmative speech, and relevant pings. I'm in MST (Colorado), but right now my schedule means I'm usually on in the early afternoon.

You: ADC main, high silver or gold. Good communicator, positive attitude (no flaming, please.) Won't get mad if I take a kill by accident. Will remind me not to tilt (everybody does it, I'm trying to do it less).
