Making a serious 5's team

Hey all, currently looking for applicants for a long term 5's team. If interested please add me in game - vaarnu

First and foremost, this is a team i would like to compete in tournaments with down the line. If you are not absolutely serious about joining a long term team than please do not bother applying. Practice will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. I'd also like to get together on Saturday. I do not like to sub people, so you need to be able to make all those days. I would prefer only PST applicants, to make scheduling easier, but it's not necessarily a requirement.

Looking for Gold+ players only please. I main mid/supp, and play most meta champs for those positions. Looking for players with a large champ pool in their respective lanes, so as to work on comps, etc.

No team starts out perfect. If we get placed in bronze, and you call it quits, please do not waste time applying. It takes time to get to know one another, and build the trust and synergy that makes a good team. Part of why I prefer not to sub anyone. Hard to build that synergy with different people every night. You'll need to be able to take, and give, constructive criticism. But I do not tolerate flaming anyone on the team; if you do you will be kicked.
