New Team looking for experienced mid laner

In the process of making a new team. -PST only please makes scheduling easier -PEOPLE INTERESTED IN A LONG TERM TEAM ONLY. I want to keep this team going for a long time. -Personality > Skill. Looking for some talkative people. Communication and compatibility are important for a team. -Must be able to take (and give) constructive criticism -Phone w/ texting. I'll take numbers from everyone so we can contact each other if you can't make a scheduled night, etc. -Large champ pool -Gold 2+ preferred, no one below gold. -I DO NOT SUB PLAYERS. i absolutely refuse to. You can not practice together as a team properly if you are playing with different people every night so if you can't play more than 1-2 nights a week, please don't bother applying. -Playing mid in 5's is a lot different than in solo que. I'm looking for someone who has past experience playing mid in 5's

The goal here is to at least make plat. I want to use what's left of the preseason to practice, and then we can really jump into it come season 5.
