Gold mid/jungle starting a serious 5v5 team

Hi all! I've been looking for a team that fits my ideas and playstyle towards league, and have been rather unsuccessful. Whether it be people not being dedicated, or people only being on twice a week, it's just never worked out. So, now I'm looking to start my own.

I want to have a strong focus on the competitive side of this game, less about just spamming ranked 5's for ward skins and something to brag about. I want to make a name for myself in the lower brackets of the competitive world in LoL. Thus meaning, while I do plan on doing a lot of ranked 5's, I also want to participate in A LOT of tournaments. I've played in several, and have won several, so I'm looking for people with the same experience. I'm looking for people with a good mindset, meaning when you see a team of all Diamond people you don't automatically say "Well gg we lose" and instead say "Ok, this should be fun". I've beaten Plats-Diamonds in lane before, and I've won tournaments against teams that statistically should have won, and I want a group of people that have the same attitude.

I work from home so I'm on everyday basically all day. Now, I'm not asking for you to play EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, but I would like a very active team. Maybe play somewhere between 4-5 days a week for a few hours at a time. That can be worked out once we get a set roster.

NOTE: People who understand the importance of pick/ban are going to definitely standout. Thus meaning, people who know what good bans are and how to counter pick a certain comp a team is making or making a comp of our own. A lot of games are lost before they even start because of certain picks, and would like someone who can coordinate with me on what we should be picking to synergize with our playstyle/champ pools.
