Starting serious tournament team LF mid, top, and jungle (Silver +)

Me and my duo buddy budd4h are looking to start a serious team. We want to start ranked 5's and build as a team to eventually do tournaments and see where it goes from there.

We're both very active, so we hope to find a group of players who play just as much as we do. We require that you be at least Silver 2, play and understand the meta, and are willing to work as a team through both wins and losses.

We primarily use skype as a VOIP program but are considering switching to raidcall

I'm willing to learn under any circumstance, and as such am constantly improving. Why pick me over a silver or gold? I am again dedicated to the team and I keep my word, I am a natural leader and know priorities in and out of game. I offer a fun, effective playstyle but can not tolerate raging whatsoever so if thats a downside, so be it. Can you shotcall in game or pick/ban? - I cannot shotcall, I am willing to learn. I can pick/ban though.

Note: I've played on a gold/silver team before where I hadn't told them my rank until we were well into training... They said they never saw a difference and I believe its because I play normal's exclusively. I'd say my rank is a result of doing rank right as I hit 30 without runes, and have only just started to get back into ranked.

**Top 5 champs - **(Top -Hecarim, Riven, Wukong, Sion) (Mid - Yasuo, Annie, Katarina) (Jungle - Shaco, Volibear) (ADC - Ashe, Jinx, Ezreal)

Availability - I am available everyday. I am usually on after 6pm central time and stay up until 1am or later if people are playing.

What you bring to the team - I am a very committed player. I am constantly improving my mechanics and game play. I am also very flexible, and I am open to learning any champion. I am an extremely fast learner, so I can usually pick up a champion and do well with it within the first game or two. I would love to get some team comps going. I am very analytical, and I am constantly bringing that into figuring out where things fell apart so that I can hopefully hold it together next time around.

Can you shotcall in game or pick/ban? - I am used to making the decisions for my team, as I usually play with silver and bronze players. However, I would need to play with the team for a while to get used to the individual play styles of the team. That is, if you want me to fulfill that role. I can pick/ban if needed, but if there are higher ranked players in the team I would gladly pass that on.

Also, I currently use skype to communicate.
