Looking for CC Champion Mains.

Finished my placements, and got placed in silver IV, where the largest percentage of ranked players are. Im 1-tricking irelia, and im looking for a single person, who mains a heavy cc champion to duo with since, with a good heavy cc champion you can win any game. Plus all my teams seem, to hate, or not know how to play with CC.

Champs with, TEAM-FIGHT CC, CC that is useful in team fights since it affects Multiple people, or PICK CC, CC that is useful when, the plan is to pick off 1 person, to get a turret, or objective or just to have a 4 v 5 in you favor.

All of the champs up here, are either great Teamfight champs/ can be built Tank with Decent cc/ or have Great CC
