Gold 1 ADC Looking for a Serious and Active Ranked team (Not just a Dynamic Q team)

Hello! My name is Steven (TS Black). I am looking for a team that is serious and active to help me grow as not only as a player, but as a team overall. I have played in many tourneys and have played on many teams as well. I want to join your team if you have an aspiration to improve constantly. I, on a regular basis, play some ranked games and are looking for ways to improve my game play. I want people who are looking to do the same. I can play really anytime for the next 3 months because of summer break. The reason that I put "Not just a dynamic Q" is because I don't want to be on a "Team" that plays dynamic Q. I want a team that has a set practice schedule and not just wanting to climb through ranked.
