Creating a Dedicated 5's Ranked Team for Next Season (Silver-Gold)

Really Want to start another 5's Team, have for a while now. And right before season 7 seems like a perfect time to. I have had a few smaller teams in the past, none making it past platinum, but I feel good about this year. Anyone interested, please fill out the form below:

(All the text Italicized is about me) IGN - ChaseMyRase Role (Primary/Secondary) - Jungle/Support Rank - Silver 4 (Gold 3 on Actual Account) Strengths - Objectives, Ganks Weaknesses - Over Agression, Vision Denial Top 5 Champs - Kha'Zix, Thresh, Ezreal, Graves, Malphite Experience Playing League - I have played for 3+ years now, have been ranked up to Plat 5 during last season before I fell back to Gold, and I have managed and played in quite a few different League tournaments with different teams How Long have you played? Highest Rank? Any experience with Pro-League tournaments/teams?

-GUIDELINES-

-I will be the team manager/captain unless we find someone more viable to fill the spot of captain -You must not have a rage problem. The first case I see will be a warning, any follow up cases and your off the team -If the team becomes over populated we will make some adjustments to the roster, but no one will be kicked off the team by this reason. They will simply be set to subs or set up on smaller teams in the same division. -Must have Discord and a Semi-Decent Mic. Team Talking and Coordination is Crucial. -Must be willing to have fun and accept defeat. -No bullying other teammates (Playfully is fine, but there is a line and if you cross it you are off the team) -We will need you to play quite regularly usually around 5:00pm-12:00pm CT -Must listen to your superiors and have respect for your teammates

IGN: Rush N Rag Role (Primary/Secondary): Top/Jungle Rank: Silver 5 Strengths: Good map awareness and laning phase Weakness: Season 6 was my first season playing and i still need to improve more Top 5 champs: Rammus, Twisted Fate, Lucian, Teemo, Poppy Experience playing league: I had lots of fun playing in teams. I got all the way to silver 3 not so long ago but sadly demoted back to silver 5 but i have only been playing for half of season 6. No experience with any tournaments or pro teams.

!APPLICATION IGN - PupyMonkeyBaby Role (Primary/Secondary) - ADC/Mid Rank - Gold 5 Strengths - Good laning phase, always have positive attitude, large champ pool Weaknesses - Tunnel lane, the inner fake gosu inside me sometimes comes out and I randomly turn and fight a 1v3 Top 5 Champs - Vayne Ezreal Jhin Jinx Lucian Experience Playing League - Been playing League since season 3 and got to lvl 30 and didnt play ranked much. Season 4 I ended up getting Gold4, season 5 I did not play much ranked again and only got silver3. Now season 6 I am once again gold. I always ended up quiting ranked after I got gold because I guess I was scared to derank back to silver. Next season I plan on giving it all I got and trying to get plat and go as far as I can with a team.

IGN - BDRios Role (Primary/Secondary) - ADC/Top Rank - Silver 3 Strengths - Objectives, Large Champ pool to fit teams needs in certain matchups Weaknesses - tilt easy but never flame team or friends (i know if im under performing), over aggression Top 5 Champs - Gnar, Jhin, Fiora, Caitlyn, Rumble Experience Playing League - I have been playing league for a year and a half now. My mechanics aren't always good but my brains are as all my IRL friends i play norms with are Gold, Plat, and Diamond. I always follow their calls as they are better and smarter than me. I played in one tournament that a streamer ran for fun but i was just a sub for the top lane. Out of the 7 games we played that day i played in 2. One we lost the other we won, but sadly we only made it to finals but lost 2-3, Im hoping now to find a new team whether im the starter or the sub which i would not mind at all. Thanks.
