Creating a Dedicated 5's Ranked Team for Next Season (Silver-Gold)

Really Want to start another 5's Team, have for a while now. And right before season 7 seems like a perfect time to. I have had a few smaller teams in the past, none making it past platinum, but I feel good about this year. Anyone interested, please fill out the form below:

(All the text Italicized is about me) IGN - ChaseMyRase Role (Primary/Secondary) - Jungle/Support Rank - Silver 4 (Gold 3 on Actual Account) Strengths - Objectives, Ganks Weaknesses - Over Agression, Vision Denial Top 5 Champs - Kha'Zix, Thresh, Ezreal, Graves, Malphite Experience Playing League* - _I have played for 3+ years now, have been ranked up to Plat 5 during last season before I fell back to Gold, and I have managed and played in quite a few different League tournaments with different teams _ *How Long have you played? Highest Rank? Any experience with Pro-League tournaments/teams?

-GUIDELINES-

-I will be the team manager/captain unless we find someone more viable to fill the spot of captain -You must not have a rage problem. The first case I see will be a warning, any follow up cases and your off the team -If the team becomes over populated we will make some adjustments to the roster, but no one will be kicked off the team by this reason. They will simply be set to subs or set up on smaller teams in the same division. -Must have Discord and a Semi-Decent Mic. Team Talking and Coordination is Crucial. -Must be willing to have fun and accept defeat. -No bullying other teammates (Playfully is fine, but there is a line and if you cross it you are off the team) -We will need you to play quite regularly usually around 5:00pm-12:00pm CT -Must listen to your superiors and have respect for your teammates

Rank : Gols V

Strengths : Strong laning, roaming, vision control, 1vs1s, reading the enemy, timing summoner spells, objective calls, 1vs2ing ganks whether it's just surviving or killing them and communication

Weaknesses : can tilt if camped by jungle A LOT. Over aggression and I'm not too good with using TP

Top 5 champs : Soloq ( Zed Yasou LeBlanc Fizz ) more meta ( Cass Syndra Anivia Viktor) I'm also very quick to learn and pick up new champions

Experience : I have been playing league for 4 years and I have been on many teams / tournaments. I'm very femalier with the team environment and how the game is suppose to be played as a team.

Are you Capable of shot calling : yes Capable of captain : rather not

Rank: Gold 2

Strengths: Wide champ pool, vision control, and peeling is my best.

Weaknesses: May over extend and get caught out trying to clear wards, is ppl are bm I may get tilted ( on either team )

Top 5 champs: Thresh, Janna, Nami, Poppy, Braum.

Experience playing league: I've been playing league scarcly since Rek' sai was released, now for the past 3 - 4 months I've been on every day striving to get better. I've been on various teams, none have been as dedicated or even trying to get better like i was so I left them. I have a duo that i would like to join together with hes adc and we have great synergy together. His ign is Procet ,he will be on later today. We are both gold 2 and very dedicated to our teams but if their not even trying we will leave.
