Creating Team (2nd try)

I'm looking for dedicated players to form a team and play ranked 5s. If the team perform well, i will consider entering tournaments and such. I've tried to create a team before but people just stop playing after the first game. It is frustrating because it was such a good team. Anyway post here if you're interested. Dont just send me a friend request because i might ignore you. The play time will be around 9pm-2am PST. You dont have to stay for the whole time just enough to get in at least one game a day as a team. I can change the schedule around if needed.

Application-

Champions: (for that role only)
