A Support For Normals

Hi im playing lux support and i have had great games with her, Im sticking with normals for awhile until I master her however my skill with her is already pretty high. Most games i get an A or higher. If theres an adc or anyone for that matter that would like to play with me the fell free to add me Goku7474
Im doin this because alot of adc's in normals dont know what there doing lol, like positioning, farming, not playing to aggresive or too conservative. Im not lookin for the best adc out there, really anyone thats even just decent. Even if your learning too that makes it even better as well. Or if you arent that good at all but willing to be helped then i can do that as I know alot about every role. I just dont want any flamers or trolls please, cya!

https://discord.gg/0rpwpPhRQTX3cche your welcome to check here (kinda dead in the mornings till a bit later) typically 9-9 is when they get active(I'm using central time adjust as needed) I'd say if you feel adc's in norms are bad just ranked, they're typically a bit better :D

It's how you use the 'support". We can support with anyyyyyy champion basically. Lux is good early game for the poke and early kills if she lands her skills... falls off mid-late, as if shes being a suppport and NOT taking kills, her dmg will be low, which in mid-late game will mark out one of her best factors- her poke. Yet, if she gets fed as supp, her role usually changes to ap mage. Ppl will start to build full ap items on her, as her full potential kit isn't good with utility items. She's more like a 'kill set up' support, her poke is prob the best thing about her. combo Q, E, R then team can go in to finish the kill, that's if theyre not dead already from the R. But most people agree shes not a good supp bc her Peeling consists of 2 high cool down and very thin skill-shots- unreliable. If enemy sees that lux missed her snare, shes probably dead. -most lux supports (esp in low elo) don't buy SS which is why ppl hate lux sup as well. I play lux supp in norms a lot bc it's just plain FUN And even a couple ranks already (I do buy SS btw)--- and I can truly say there's been too many times I couldnt do much to save my carry :_(

It's either get your carry suuupah fed *early game to snowball, or have to face falling off as a sup and being a side mage with low dmg mid-late game.

I agree that lux has good burst as a supp like annie and zyra. But There's more reliance on annie and zyra than lux. Annie has a stun she can activate easily by using her 4 skills, plus tibbers can AOE stun a whole team. there's good CC in that. Zyra is prob the closest supp to lux, but better. Her plants and ulty has AOE, plants that can slow, also she can zone out ppl with her plants dmg. Build rylais on zyra and op. Yet if youre out of seeds, it's going to be almost impossible to peel for the carry. Build ap items on zyra? Ppl usually don't mind bc she uses her damage to zone and that's already like CC.

Yes it is, poke/snare/sheild/high damage thats a good combo for a support damage annie is just damage and stun zyra is snare and damage lux brings more :D

It's garbage and no team in the world plays Lux support. It's trash.

If everyone jumped off a bridge to their deaths? would you. That is the logic you just went with.... Anyone can support. lux's kit brings alot to the table at all phases of the game. Now if the playstyle doesn't work with yours thats different altogether lux as a champion is capable of supporting

Magical player is correct and PiksieDust are correct. Lux support does work and its been very succesful. The one thing i would like to add to Pixie Dusts comment though is that actually in the mid to late game my damage doesnt really fall off. I was suprised to see this because i thought the same thing when i picked her. Because once im able to pick up item 3165 into item 3285 into item 3100 my damage is very strong to all but tanks, (i get this at about 30 min plus boots). And because lux's illumination combines so well with her passive my combo does about 1000 damage without ult and comes back pretty quickly, i get about 3 combos off in a team fight and at the end of all my games i have top 3 damage in the game most of the time. Of course after those 3 i go deathcap into voidstaff. Over all her power is very underestimated but its those double snares every 5 secounds that makes her great. Overall great analyasis Piksie (: . Also im sure no one really cares but to clarify i didnt meant that most adc's in norms are bad actually i feel its about 50/50. Half my games my adc's are good and we stomp. The other half though is what im trying to avoid lol.
