High Plat Flex Looking for Top

Hi, We are an organized flex group who is currently playing regularly on Monday and Tuesday nights, and occasionally on Sunday nights as well, in the time frame of Midnight to 4am EST. In the off days we constantly practice together in solo q, and are always looking to improve. We take flex pretty seriously and have organized drafts, post game discussions and regularly look to improve team play and climb elo.
