Diamond top laner LF a serious team

I am a shot caller and a carry and I play top lane Tryndamere. Solo queue is real annoying so I'd prefer to stick to ranked 5's as much as possible. If you're considering adding me in-game please note that I will not join your teamspeak / curse voice or whatever it is (it is annoying when I have to listen to someone rage in a voice comm so nty) and I'd prefer if you built the team composition around me for my carrying potential.

What I mean is, include at least some form of front line / hard CC for me to work with and do my job. Examples: Alistar, Lulu, Morgana, Diana, Vayne, Nautilus, Shen, Amumu
