Need Help To Improve

So I view my replays and i notice some small mistakes, but for the most part I dont really get what Im doing wrong and why I am still gold. Need at least a plat 3+ or diamond player (since you really know what youre talking about) to please view one or two of my replays (the ranked ones of course) and give me some constructive critisizm on what im doing wrong and how i can improve. I love league of legends and would love nothing more than to improve and get out of gold :c
