LF Top laner for ranked 5/ tournament team. Gold+ Players Only

Hello, I am looking to start a ranked 5v5 team and maybe play some tournaments with this team for rp/ cash prizes. I play adc but If we find someone better to play the role I can just be a manager for the team.
