[North America Server]-[5v5 Ranked Team Looking for More]-[Any Rank]

We are looking to start a team of "dedicated" and "like minded" individuals. By dedicated I mean we play most every day. We play between 1500 EST (1200 PST) until 2200 EST (1900 PST) weekdays, and all throughout the day on weekends. You don't need to be available all of those hours or every single day, but definitely a big chunk of those times. We also aren't trying to be one of those teams that plays together a handful of times one day to never play again. We intend to play as a team very often and to stay a team for a long time. By like minded I mean we're pretty relaxed. Having a drive to win is good, and we are serious about trying to win, but we don't want people that will rage or be overly critical of the people they're playing with. We're also older than the majority of league players (I'm in my 30s). You don't need to be our age, but please understand we're about 18 years past the age where saying "omg I'm so high right now" gets you cool points. We want to regularly play with a group of people with good attitudes, that is about it. As far as positions go we have ADC and support covered. We feel comfortable in other positions though so we can switch roles if you are looking to play one of those 2. When it comes to what tier you are currently in for ranked it doesn't matter to us. We'll try to get better together. The only thing that we do need everyone to have is a micraphone and a willingness to use some kind of voice communication software. We tend to use Curse Voice the most, but we have the others if for some reason you're anti Curse Voice.
