[NA]-[Any Rank]-[Looking for More for Ranked 5v5 Team]
Looking to start a team of like minded players. Looking for people that match the following:

Mature mindset - I'm a bit older by LoL standards, so if you are the kind of person that talks about being high for cool points than this is probably not the team for you.

Non toxic - I like to win as much as the next person, but the competitiveness of league tends to make people blame and be overly critical of others. Post game talking about what we can do to improve is great, mid game calling people out for misplays not so much. If you think you feel like you need to criticize team mates mid game than this is probably not the team for you.

Voice chat – Communication is pretty important for a constructed team like this, so a willingness to use voice chat is needed. We will most likely use Curse Voice.

Availability – I don’t want this to be the kind of team that plays together 2 or 3 times when it is first created and then never plays together again due to never being on all at the same time. If you don’t play often and aren’t often on during weekday afternoons and on weekends than this is probably not the team for you.

Rank – I don’t care what rank people are on the team. That means there will possibly be some gaps in skill levels. My mindset is if we all play together regularly than we will grow together and this will no longer be an issue. If this is an issue for you though than this is probably not the team for you.
