Serious ranked 5s anyone?

Hello, I am the hopefully leader of a solid team called TSG (TrueShotGlobal). I am looking for players that are at least Silver (Preferably s3 or higher but doesn't matter) and are willing to actually become a member of a ranked team. I have made a ranked team before and all of the people who joined, well, I never heard from them. They never were all on at once, and it was a mess. I'm looking for dedicated people. Biggest strengths: I know which champs need help early game and which champs are vulnerable early game. Fact about you as a player: My friends have recently stopped playing and most were too low to ever play ranked, which is why my rank is so low (I never got to concentrate on my rank). I do well in a team environment and am very good with getting vision in the jungle and predicting ganks.

Biggest strengths: Great Reaction, Good Awareness, Able to learn any champion in a very short period of time, very patient, good team player. Very good at coming back when behind.

Fact about you as a player: I'd say my skill level is well above my elo, solo que can be a bitch. I can Significantly improve on any champion I wish to learn within a few games and be ready for ranked. I'm always looking to improve and find/take advantage of any situation to win. I started playing in season 5 and already surpass many players who have started playing league since the early seasons and am still improving rapidly. I've been ranked in many other games i've spent a year+ playing and plan on sticking to league for awhile ;).
