" Dedication, Drive, Determination " Competitive Ranked 5's Team looking for Jung and Top

My organization Chicks Dig Diamonds head team Anonymous is the start of something that can only be defined by the three D's "Dedication, Drive, and Determination" Hey, Guys and Gals Unmei no Yume head of Chicks Dig Diamonds here bringing you the chance to really do something with all that spare time you have nowadays! My main Team Anonymous is looking for two members to fill the slots of Top and Jungle. These two members will be fighting for the chance to be apart of a team, willing and able, to put the time in to really do something with their League career; Backed by an organizational leadership willing to provide the structure and support needed to do just that.

Here at Chicks Dig Diamonds Myself and my Coaching staff believe that if you build the foundation securely then the building will rise and never fall. If you have been looking for a team that looks at league more then just a game, and are dedicated enough to push yourself to become the best player you can be then Chicks Dig Diamonds main team Anonymous is the place to be!

Chicks Dig Diamonds organization and Main Team Anonymous herein will not be the place for toxic mentalities, quitters who give up after two weeks, or immature childishness. We Have short term midterm and long term goals set out by the organization and will not tolerate people who are not willing to give CDD and Anonymous everything they've got. This team is planning on working towards the Challenger series as well as doing tournaments to get used to challenger series and lcs formats. This team and CDD will expect a lot from you and will have rules and a schedule to follow.

Practice is something that should never be missed unless life can not wait we understand emergencies come up but be professional about it. The Schedule will be decided after the tryouts are final but keep in mind we need you to have a very flexible schedule as this team will demand 4-5 nights of practice a week. We are also looking for a ringer to fill in just in case. If you apply for ringer please let us know what would make you the best ringer for the slot.

Also being a ringer will not mean you will get no time at all it just means you will be 2nd to the full roster also at CDD we believe in developing our subs still in scrims you will be rotated in occasionally just not a ton unless you significantly outperform as determined by coaches the main roster player of the position you are filling in at. We understand that being a ringer is not something to strive for but we expect that if the ringer can show the skilled needed they will learn and grow with the team and they are just as important as the main team.

Next: Tryouts will be held starting 9/21/2016 at (3pm PST /5pm CST/6pm EST). How it will work is every-person in the order you contact me should you meet the roles we are looking for or qualify for ringer will be invited to play games with the current members of Anonymous. You can try out for both lanes but not on the same day. The Tryouts will last for Two Weeks. On the evening of 10/5/16 Anonymous or CDD manager will send out the invite message to the top 4 players (two per respective role) who made the cut and will be asked to show off one more time for the slot.

During this tryout you will be showing off more then just your skill at league. You will be tested on how well you work with a team, how well you can take orders, ideas you put forth to the team during tryouts, your overall mechanics, league knowledge, goals, and if you have the heart to stay strong and loyal to the overall goal. Any person found to be out of line, disrespectful to team members, or the opposing teams will be asked to leave and not invited back. Anonymous and CDD as an org is here to win and grow, and we will hold our selves to a higher standard then everyone we come across.

As said before any of the following actions: toxic mentalities, quitters who give up after two weeks, immature childishness, or people who are not willing to give CDD and Anonymous everything they've got will not be added to roster no matter how good you are. Skill is not everything mentality is a huge factor we can grow good players we can't grow a healthy mind. A team is a close-knit group: bound by the same goal, and is there to help everyone on the team reach that goal.

Last but not least; practice is mandatory, but your free time is not necessarily, but we do check to see that you are soloqing at least somewhat 2-3 games on a non-practice day. I will say though if you are trying out for Jungle expect to be spending a lot more then practice time with your solo lanes for this synergy is a very important factor. We will also not allow people whom are unable to contact the Team if they can not make it to practice we expect professionalism that means text or message on league your team captain if you don't get a response from them message a teammate if you still don't get a response then message or text CDD manager Unmei no Yume.

This is very important if you can not make it, letting someone on the team know is a must. We have a 3 strike rule in this organization.The first strike is a verbal sit down with your team captain, the manager of CDD, and the coach. Second Strike is another verbal sit down and benched for 1 week returning to the roster after said week if mentality has improved. Upon receiving your Third Strike you are off the team no exceptions. If you feel that the third strike is unfair or a player has a personal vendetta you can bring it to appeal before CDD Manager Unmei no Yume, and it will be handled on a case by case basis but more often than not if you get to strike three you will be off the team. CDD and its main team Anonymous is not here to play around we are a team that believes in the potential of our players we select, and set realistic goals and provide the staff to help them get there. The main thing to keep in mind if interested is when you join this team and even try out for this team the mentality of I should die and the mentality of we and us should become the forefront in your mind. That being said CDD and Anonymous is not without fun. The only time we expect game faces on is when its time to play for real or if duo trio quadra qing. IE practice/scrims/ tournaments/dynamic q, or when in front of other players while carrying the team tag/name. What you do on your own time falls on you, but do not let it affect the team if we find out you are going around in other communities and bashing CDD or your team you will be removed swiftly. So when the team is hanging out, or joking around, or just playing for fun be yourself, but respect is still a must.

As for what we need from all of you: Be at least about mid gold so about gold 3 would be a good benchmark.
