Silver 3 Mid main looking to join team and or make a team

I am a main mid I main ahri diana and jayce i can play more but not as practices on them. I am looking for or to make a team that will be will to practice alone and with team/teammates. I am silver 3 and am looking for people that are of the same skill of the game. I do not care if you are bronze 5 or plat 1. I have to feel that you know the game will so i can trust that i do not have to solo carry games. This is because that is not how this game needs to be played.
