Looking for Top, Jungle, ADC, and Support for a ranked team silver +

I am looking to make a team I will be playing mid so i need a top, jungle, adc, and a support. I want to play 3-4 times a week more if possible, I want this to be a long term team so i want serious players that know how to play for the team not for themselves. The voice chat we will use is curse unless everyone on the team wants to use something else. I want this to be a team not solo que everything that needs to be said will be and it will not be said to hurt or make anyone feel bad about how they play. To say more on this if someone makes bad plays no one will say anything tell after because it will not help the game move forward. For the jungle and support i want people that know how the game works and how to move around the map. For top I want someone to play for then team so if we need a carry top they can carry or if we need more cc to go someone with cc. Lastly the adc needs to position, and cs well.
