Hello people and potentially future members !

If you submit an application we feel we want to try you out, you will be added by Me within 3 days so please give us time.

We need people who will be dedicated and willing to stick it out for the long haul. Success never has and never will happen overnight. We're looking to complete the "League Dream" by forming a team and working our way up the ladder. Fortunately for our members, this is something I have done in another game called Soldier Front and lead it to a national title and will be competing overseas at the World Championship to represent USA. http://www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?t=2398813 (If you want proof this is actually me Im more than willing to provide, some of you may recognize me from that game anyway).

My point being, I know a thing or two about competitive gaming and taking teams from 0's to heros. Now that you know what you are getting into, this is what we will be looking for in you.

**1. **First and foremost, likeability and attitude. Winning starts in the locker room first and out of game, we need to "win" there first and then translate those vibes from out of game into our in-game play.

**2. ** ATTITUDE ! This is EVERYTHING to me, if you are not able to have a positive attitude 90% of the time, then there is no room for you. I do not care how good you may be, or how good you think you are, you will never improve and only hold the team back with a negative attitude. This is an umbrella term for a lot of things that people do that bring a team down. Blame game, negative feedback, non-constructive criticism, rage-quitting, demoralizing themselves/the team etc. There just wont be room for it. People with positive attitudes will always outshine the negative because their hard-work and dedication will go much farther than those who suck.

That sums up what im looking for out of game really, attitude is everything to me. We will require a plat+ minimum for tryouts, but if someone has a friend who is gold+, and has a better mindset then the plat+ guy, he for SURE will be getting the spot without question. The problem with a lot of teams is they lack foundation because of negative idiots.

With that being said, let me list some small general requirements:

Availability - We play late at night usually anywhere from 9+pm EST time. Typically 3 days a week the minimum. This will grow as our success grows but need to crawl before we walk. People also have lives. We do not play 24/7, so if you join the team 1 day and you dont see anyone for 2 days and think we're inactive, then just dont bother. The days of now usually are Sunday-Wednesday. (Mainly because Thursdays and Fridays im not around at night, and Saturday we leave for individual development/tournaments in the future). If you cant play these times please try not to apply.

Age - This is loose, I'm going to say 18+ because of the attitude thing, but you can certainty lie I suppose, its basically a maturity requirement. Be mature, I love to be an idiot and troll my own team, but theres always a time and place. (Again, attitude).

ELO/Rank - I am myself Diamond+, but ill require plat+. I do believe there is some correlation to rank and skill, not as much as other people but typically theres just some things that cant be taught, and only learned by experience. I feel ELO reflects some of these.

Mumble - You need to have mumble, we own our server, you're expected to have a working headset and mumble client. (Its free).

Starting Roster and Subs, we will need to complete both. All requirements are expect to be met by both rosters, only difference is Sub will be Gold+ this way you can learn and grow off each other and the starters (and maybe even take our spot). Also subs need to have 2 roles, so you can always be actively playing amongst the starters when one is not present.

I interviewed each player and then put my awesome team together, 3 diamonds a plat and myself (was silver 3 at the time). Due to schedule conflicts and different time zones we ended up not being able to continue playing after reaching gold 5 as a team. HOWEVER had they shared my same dedication to achieving the LCS dream I'm sure they could have made time. But bottom line why you should choose me for your team is because I can guarantee I will have unmatched dedication, I understand how difficult it can be to start and maintain a good team, I share your views on the need for a properer team oriented attitude and I have leadership and communication skills that are extremely important in a team environment. I know my solo q rank is not what you would like but I fully expect to be in plat or higher in the upcoming season (gold2 promos was my peak this year). I've been playing it with friends for years and I've always tried to improve myself in every game that I play. I take it serious every match, but I'm not a stick in the mud. I'll laugh, congratulate my team, and try to keep the moral as high as possible! If there is someone doing a good job, you'll hear it from me. Score a kill? Great job! Someone not doing too well and getting a bit down on themselves? It's okay. You're doing fine. Just farm up some more and group with us. It'll be okay. I'm not afraid to make a call every now and then. Also, I'm incredibly adaptable to the situation and with who I'm laning with. If they are aggressive, I tend to find myself being more aggressive. If they are passive and tell me they just want to farm, I'll try and control the lane and keep the carry safe for easy farming. I feel like I have a lot of potential for growth and I think this would be a great opportunity for me to grow as a person and player.
