Dynamic Frustration

Im not sure if its just me, but its on average 4 to 1 dodges/games actually played. The frustration of sitting waiting for the 10 minute pick/ban phase to be completed, and then someone doing or not doing something that drops the game, and process repeats. Not to mention QUE times themselves........
