I'm just a lowly platinum-level jungler, but maybe I can give you a few tips here.

  1. Your CS scores are very low, so your gold is very low. This is true in both your games where you're a laner and your games where you're jungling. Killing minions and jungle camps are easy, low-risk gold, and gold wins games.

1b) Very related to point 1, if you're buying devourer, you can't afford to not have good CS numbers. There's a game in your match history where the game ended past 40 minutes, and you were still on an unsated devourer.

  1. You're a jungler, so you're going to be ganking. For your ganks to be more effective, you should get a red trinket to sweep out wards. Yes, this means you're going to have to buy wards now.

  2. Your KDA ratios ((kills + assists) / deaths) are, well, not good. Dying less is a great way to win more games. Interesting fact: in every game I can see in your match history, if you had a KDA of more than 3.0, you won the game, and if you had a KDA of less than 3.0, you lost the game.

  3. In some of your games, you're running a rune page with tier 1 or tier 2 runes, and they're just kind of a random assortment of runes. Look online for some good rune page setups.

  4. In some of your games, you're running a mastery page without 30 points in it. This is just giving up free stats.

  5. Drop the attitude that you think you need a coach to improve, and especially that you think you need a diamond or challenger level coach. The community on these boards is pretty helpful and can give you a lot of good tips, but people will be less likely to do so if you come across as only wanting advice from the highest-tier players (it comes across as you thinking you're better than you really are).

Hope that helps!

A platinum guy who isn't more toxic than Toxic Mundo, that's great. ;)

I have rather irrelevant questions;

When you did you do your provs, and where did you end up?

From where you ended up, how long did it take you to climb to Platinum?

My history in ranked goes back quite awhile. In Season 3, I was placed in Bronze 2, and ended the season at Bronze 2 100LP. In Season 4, I was placed in Bronze 1, climbed to Gold over the first half of the season, and ended the season in Gold 3. This season, I was placed in Silver 2 and hit Platinum a few months ago? So yeah. It's been a while.

I do my placements basically right at the start of the season. I think that it does make it more difficult to climb right away, because a lot of higher Elo people are in lower rankings, but at the same time, that means you get to play with people who are higher Elo than you, and you can learn a TON that way. I remember a game from early in Season 4 where I was the only one on my team who hadn't been Gold the season before, and just being in awe of how good my teammates were. It really motivated me; I wanted to be as good as those guys were!

If you've got any other questions, relevant or otherwise, fire away! :D
