Top and ADC LFT

My friend and I are both looking for a team. I am a Gold 1 top laner who peaked at plat 3 season 4. While he is a gold 3 adc. I have past team knowledge where I was one of the main shot callers of the team and while sucessful the team fell apart three months in. He doesn't have much experience with ranked teams besides playing with our friends. We are both available Monday to Friday around 5pm - 10pm. We would really prefer ventrilo for a voice chat but if that isn't available curse would be the second choice. Skype uses to much bandwidth.
