Creating Casual Ranked 5s Team

Looking to make a ranked 5s team. We're looking to play every night / every other night. It would be mainly for fun but if we start to get competitive we could enter tournaments. There wont be any ranked requirements, just that we enjoy playing together. We'll most likely be using discord as a voice communication.
