Serious Ranked 5s team. All roles needed except jungle.

Putting together a ranked 5s team for flex. This team will achieve at least master by the end of season 7. Pre-requisites include: ability to follow instructions and provide feedback from an equal standpoint, in other words show that you are willing to learn but do not be afraid to voice confusion or disagreement in a constructive way. Demonstrate a workable level of game knowledge and ability in a series of 5 tryouts. Be willing to put in the necessary preparation through practice and discussion of strategy instead of spamming games, a higher quality of play will lead to more wins than merely spamming games. Finally, if selected, your position on the team is not guaranteed. You must constantly prove that you have the ability to remain on the team and understand that despite the open and encouraged discussion there is only one team leader and shot caller. This is to avoid any confusion or disharmony. Be open to coaching and be able to coach your teammates as well, but know the time and the place. Small things can be improved during play but major changes will have to be discussed after a game. Lastly there will be an atmosphere of brutal honesty, but not hostility. There is a 0 tolerance policy for animosity toward a teammate and you'll be immediately removed from the team if you are incapable of seeing your own faults or feel it necessary to blame others. We'll discuss scheduling once the team is formed.
